This striking Bebe maxi dress is made of 100% silk. It has a ruched or gathered elastic top with tree tiers of gathered fabric in the wide skirt and the shoulder straps knotted or tied with a bow. There are inner straps (marked Bebe) to keep it on the hanger. It has an overall geometric Black and White pattern. Condition: Pre-owned very good condition but with light wear. Size XS Bist: 25” but the elastic expands to about 30” Front Length: 50” Ruching width 4 ½”
