Waist- 14" Hips- 16 1/2" Length- 18 1/4" I am 5'9" and when I put the Skirt on because of the stretch it was a great length, above my knees and like mid thigh. size medium but could fit large too with a bit tighter fit. the pemblem layer looks great both sizes.
