Bebe Rosey Tiered High Low Gown

This dress is brand new with tags, never worn (except for the photo). I bought it on a whim with a friend, but have no idea where I would ever actually wear it. It’s so, so fun, comfortable, and flattering though. It was sold out on the Bebe site (but I think it’s back in stock now, for now). However, it cost me just over $350CAD (as per my picture) with shipping and duties, so this is definitely a better deal, and you don’t have to worry about customs. It’s a Size S. It’s stretchy though!
