Bebe Sweater dress can be worn off the shoulder or up. In excellent condition a little to snug on me . Armpit to armpit measures 14 laying flat can stretch up to 16 inches. Waist is 13.5 laying flat can stretch to 16 inches. It’s a dark black. It is not faded. Looks like new, the pics did not do it justice.
