oldisbeautiful @christinetta Hi there! Thanks for your interest. Shoulder to waist is approx 16", Waist to hem is approx 20", and Pit to pit is a bit deceiving because it is very stretchy. So lay flat measurement is approx 14" but stretches to up to 22". The color is true to photos.. green with a blue undertone. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions 😃
