Size 8 toddler girls sparkly flats by Bebe. Black in colour with glitter and elastic strap. Cute and fun. Some scuffs on the ties where the fabric has worn off (see photos) but otherwise in good shape overall. Scuffs do not effect functionality of shoes. No holes.
