Bebe crochet dress

White and black dress with hidden back zipper. The fabric looks like webbing. Top portion is fitted then it flares out. It has tulle under the skirt to keep it puffy. Pit to pit is approximately 15.5". Waist is 12.5" and length is 31". The lining goes down to 29.5" and the rest is see through. Gently worn.
