This blazer is by Bebe. It is black satin totally covered by black lace. The sleeves are the same lace but without the lining. It has a black 1.5 inch wide waistband and white appliqué trim on the sides and shoulders. The front closes using hook and eye connections. The hem, sleeves and neckline are a fringed finish. It is a size 6 and measures 23 inches from shoulder to hemline and it has a 34 inch chest. The sleeves are 22 inches from shoulder to end.(CL1)
