jayboutique_ @browneyedgirlsc hi there, shoulders are approx. 15 inches. Waist is approx. 15 inches. Pit to pit is approx. 16.5 inches. The fur collar is not removable and there is t any fur in the cuffs. It has 2 buttoned cuffs. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
