Bell Sleeve Blouse with Cutout & Tie-Back Details

Super cute flowy blouse I got from a boutique in Toronto. It’s pretty cropped but it looks amazing with a skirt or high waisted bottoms. The sleeves are bell sleeve style with slits and there’s also small cut outs on the shoulders. The material is a little sheer but it looks great with a black or flesh coloured bra/bralette/bandeau. The back has a cute cutout and it features a tie so you can adjusted the tightness of the top. Amazing quality but I am selling because it no longer fits my bust
