Bell sleeve pretty blue/black top

Pretty dark navy blue/black/white top with 3/4 length bell sleeves. Tags have been cut out but feels like polyester/spandex silky material with stretch. Has vneck and elasticized waste area and elasticized section on sleeves. Very pretty top. In excellent used condition. It would be a size small For reference I am 5’7” and 120lbs in photos
