Bella Dahl dress/tunic

Charcoal black with white specs Bella Dahl dress. Medium. Long sleeve. I wore it as a tunic. Looks great with tights. only visible flaw I saw was a small portion of the hem (1") has come undone but if ironed, you won't see from the outside as the hem is very shallow. Non smoker.
