I see responsiveness was noted.In the comments you ask me a ques & then 5 min later commented: hello?Is that what you were referring to?It was also noted the item descript?It’s curious to me that all my ratings have been 5 Star but yours. All of my items are taken care of & I try to ship within 3 days.I’m not sure if you’re mad because I wouldn’t give you free shipping or ?? @mrsamartin I gave you that rating due to several things one of which was that the purse clasp sticks, so the bag doesn’t open properly, every time I’ve tried to open it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t attempt to use the purse until after the 72 hour acceptance period.

I believe my level of satisfaction is just as important as your rating.

Hi Stephanie, l just wanted to let you know we got your bags mailed. It probably will start tracking tomorrow. We had a lot of snow and blowing snow so we have been cleaning off the snow just to have it blow back on. We did get a break late afternoon and were able to get packages mailed. Thanks !
