@auctionhuntersd hi there, thx 4 ur question. This jacket is not a winter coat for TO. It woukd be a suitable fall or spring coat for TO. May be OK for a Vancouver winter though as it's warmer out there but I'm closer to TO and thus know it's not suitable for TO winters. Hope this helps!!
