Belt - Vintage (see video to see it sparkle)

This is a gorgeous, multi-use accessory, as it can be used as both a belt and necklace. I purchased this many years ago in a vintage store in Europe for 40EUR ($70CAN) but never ended up wearing, thinking I would.
