Bencer & Hazelnut Dress

Never worn. Machine washed on cold cycle in Tide detergent and hung to dry. Smoke free and pet free home. *This item arrived smelling like plastic. It has been washed and hung outside but smell persists. Has been heavily discounted due to smell. Was able to get smell from other items but only tried once for this item as we did not end up needing to wear it.*
