This dress is so bright, cute and has pockets! I wish it fit me better. I only wore it a couple of times. I cannot find the belt that came with it. Has belt loops but can be worn without one. Tag says large I would say it fits more like a size 8. 100% cotton and I paid $200 plus shipping.
