This is an almost brand new petticoat from designer Bernie Dexter. It was worn just three times and is like new. The ruffles start a bit further down which I like as it helped your waist stay smaller while fluffing out your skirt nicely! I love the black detail on the edges. Perfect for a night out, rockabilly, or Halloween!

annedunlop @aphrael6 it’s not too stiff at all and with the black accents it doesn’t catch on anything. It’s not super soft but a nice feel… the other one I listed is very stiff
