Best Wishes Royal Doulton miniature figurine From the Heart HN 5455.

This Royal Doulton miniature figurine is titled "Best Wishes" HN 5455. It is from their newer "From the Heart" collection. It shows a woman wearing a long purple dress with gold dots all over. She is wearing a matching jacket with lavender cuffs and collar and a lavender tiara. She is holding a single lavender rose. It measures 6.5" tall and 3.75" wide and is in excellent condition.
