Betsey Johnson Black and White Puff Sleeve Bodycon Dress

Vintage 90’s Betsey Johnson purchased at a vintage store. Dark navy with off white polka dots. Fitted through chest and waist with a flared skirt. Very unique and flattering piece. Too short for me (5’8”) but I love it so much. Tagged size L but listing as S as that’s what fits it best. Could work for XS as well.
