This gorgeous Betsey Johnson features alternating ruffles aqua blue lace and petticoat material in a white colour the whole length of the dress, a cream ribbon band around the waist area, a strapless top and flowing skirt. Perfect for formal dances, graduation celebrations, weddings and other formal occasion. This dress has been loved but is in need of a new home The dress is labeled a size 8 but, it runs smaller. *Please note that the blue colour on the dress is more of an aqua blue that shown in the pictures and that there are a couple of small brownish markings on the waist shown in the pictures* From a smoke free home.
