Betsey Johnson Brassy Gold Anatomical Heart with Pink Bow and Goldtone Chain

This necklace has a ton of attitude! The pink bow comes off. It was originally placed to the side and I moved it to the centre. Other than that, it's basically new. I never wore it and still have the little tag it came with.
