Floral skirt by Betsey Johnson. Bought this fantastic skirt in a vintage store several years ago. I would place this in the 1990s era. In great preloved condition, no evidence of marks or tears in fabric. Zipper at the back of the skirt. Rayon fabric. Label says L, but it is definitely Small. Flat measurements: Waist: 14" Hips: 20" Length: 17.5" Has the cutest flirty hem.
