This dress by Betsey Johnson features plaid fabric, tank top like straps, a bodice with a sweetheart neckline and is fitted until the waist and a long skirt that has a black lining under the see through fabric and black petticoat.
Please note that while this dress is labeled as a size 10, it does run a little small.

@stellakitty13 I will check when I get home. But, right off the top of my head, the dress is more suited to fit a size 8.

@stellakitty13 And the measurements are taking while the dress is laying on a flat surface. So, you would take the measurements and multiply them by 2. For example, the bust measurements is 17.5 x 2 = 35 and add a couple of inches to this total as I am 38 inches around my bust and it fits me and fit a couple of inches larger than this.
