Betsey Johnson Royal Blue Tea Party Dress

This gorgeous Betsey Johnson tea party inspired dress features a fitted bodice of midnight blue lace and a lighter blue ribbon around the waist. The skirt features many layers of alternating royal and an almost navy blue color ruffles. There are no visible flaws present on the dress. Perfect for any formal dance, graduation, birthday party and any other celebration. I bought not knowing my size in Betsey Johnson dresses and it is too small for me. I am sad to see it go but, I know that it would be used and loved by someone else that has the chance to wear it. *Please note: that the dress is a bit darker than seen in the photos* The size of this dress is labeled as 4 but, as these type of Betsey Johnson dresses run small, it would best fit a size 0 or 2.
