Betsey Johnson Stripped Dress

This vintage form-fitting dress by Betsey Johnson feature a black and cream stripped top design with an adjustable black fabric belt at the waist and the skirt being a solid black colour with a cream coloured strip near the bottom and on the ends of the shoulder sleeves.
