Betsey Johnson White Cocktail dress with belt

This unique Betsey Johnson dress was purchased in 2009 and worn only twice! Still in very good condition. Strapless sweetheart neckline with a peekaboo rhinestone detail at the breast. Knee-length with tulle underneath white satin fabric. Can be worn with or without the belt. The belt has one small crystal missing (barely noticeable) and there is a very faint stain on the back of the dress (also barely noticeable) Says size 10 but fits a size 8 as well
