super cute sequinned shrug with capped sleeves overlaying a meshed underpart almost like cape but over an open tank! sequins intact. there is a hook for closure, but no eye, it can hook around a sequin, which is how I've worn it tagged as O/S it is approx 18 inches ptp from the underlying armholes
