Fit & Flare Military style upper with puff sleeves and pleats at the bottom back. Below the knee unique coat. Vintage style. Black felt/wool fabric. 91% wool. Lighter wight coat perfect for Fall. **Some sewing required: One pocket needs to be sewn inside. Missing 6 buttons. I have 4 of them in a bag. So the front will look original if you use the one ornate button from the waist strap (last photo) and use those 5 to replace all front missing buttons. Then use 2 black buttons of yours for the strap.
