Betsey Johnson sleeveless summer dress with frou frou under skirt. Zipper down the back. Satiny material that is 59% acetate, 41% rayon. Black with red rose pattern. Slight fraying in one section of the hem - see last image. Size says 6, but really a 4 or XS. Measurements taken with dress lying flat: Length from top of shoulder = 30 inches Width at waist = 14 inches Pit to pit = 15 1/2 inches Zipper length = 17 inches Length of frou frou skirt = 14 1/2 inches
