Betsy Johnson pinstripe mini button dress

This is a VERY flattering dress in new condition. I wore it for a few hours and that’s it. No flaws just a tad wrinkly in photos . Size medium but runs smaller like a small and it’s not stretchy at all . Colour is dark navy blue I think I can’t tell or if it’s black in person it seems more blue?
