lojarvis The rise is taken from the top of the waist above the button down to where it meets the other seam at the crotch of the pant. Hope that helps. I have a long rise on my body, so this is important to me because I detest low-rise pants on me. I have a very sensitive tummy. (lol)

lojarvis I just left a comment, but I can't see it; so here goes, I'll do it again. The rise is always taken from the top of the waist (where the button closure is) down to where this seam meets the other seams at the crotch. Hope that helps.

gt45fashions @lojarvis From the top of the waist to the adjoining seam is 10”. I do not see any stains at all of the pants. I believe it’s just shadows from the picture.
