Bianca Nygard fully lined white sleeveless pleated top with cinch detail at hip

Bianca Nygard size large white pleated top. Adjustable cinch hip area. You can wear it completely loose or cinch it up so it sits and does a blouson/fuller affect. It is fully lined with some great give. 100% polyester. From armpit to armpit it measures 19 inches and fairly straight down styling to a 20 1/2 inch hip. That is the area that is adjustable though. From the back of the top it measures 22 inches long not including the straps. It is truly beautiful.
