kat5mann @jmoiese ptp aprox 23 bottom hem aprox 25 length shoulder seam to hem apox 31 that said, this is a puffer, and measurements are difficult because of compression of the puff by the tape. I'd suggest you look for Bianca Nyguard size charts online and base your decision on that.
