Bill Blass | Cropped Blazer and Skirt Set with Contrast Stitch

Vintage black cropped jacket and high waist pencil skirt set features collar, chest flap pockets, gold-tone buttons, and white topstitching. Fully lined with light padding at the shoulders. Suit has been sitting in my closet since the late 1990s. Bought new and worn once for an event. Replaced the buttons when purchased; these were bought at a specialty buttons store. Matte gold buttons have nice weight to them. Shell: 59% triacetate, 41% polyester Lining: 100% rayon Marked size 14, but fits more like a size 10. Regardless of size posted, please compare with similar fitting garment. Approx flat measurements.
