Bill Levkoff Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mmy2001. I purchased it to wear for a wedding, but it seems to be far from a standard size 24 as it was way too small. I will update the posting with actual measurements as soon as I find my measuring tape :) as the tag is labeled a 24, I left it as a size 24 for now! Questions? Leave a comment below.
