Billabong Fine Flutter Floral Dress

Billabong “Fine Flutter” Dress in size Small. Light, airy fabric with a green and peach floral pattern that’s not too bright but not too muted. Comes with a string tie for the waist that can be tied in a cute bow to accentuate as much or as little as you like. Sleeves are open and flow over the shoulder in a pretty ruffle. A strap between the shoulders sits on the top back. This dress has been given a slight alteration to raise the neck due to what was previously showing a tad too much for my tastes. It is very minor and likely not noticeable. However, there is a small hole/rip on the back just below the right shoulder. This would be an easy fix for a tailor or seamstress, or a DIY visible mend. It may feel a bit high on the thigh depending on your comfort level. IMO it lands in a flattering place (not too high, not too close to the knee), but I wouldn’t wear it on a windy day. :) Size small, true to size. Would likely fit fine on an XS thanks to the waist tie. Comfy and light as air. I ship with recyclable or recycled packaging 🪴 Smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
