This pretty top from Billabong is flowy and would look great over leggings for spring and summer! Features a pretty pink floral print, pockets, adjustable straps and cute tie detail in the back. There is a spot where the material has cat in the upper back (please see photos), but otherwise in good condition. It’s small and not noticeable. In size medium.
