Billabong Summer Dress

Billabong summer dress, only worn twice. Very flattering dress, size small but because of the way the strings tie around the waste I believe it could fit XS or M and still look just as good! The one strong goes through the opposite side and make it’s so you can wrap the ties around your waste as tight or as loosely as you prefer. Just don’t reach for it anymore😊 Sits a little lower than mid thigh and I am 5’4”
