Billabong Summer Dress/Beach Cover Up

I loved this little summer dress as a quick throw on cover up at the beach or on vacation. I’ve priced it low because the of the elastic under the bust no longer being stretchy. Still hangs really nicely on even without the elasticated bust. It’s actually a little more comfortable this way. Just drapes instead of cinching in. Hoping to connect it with someone.
