I've always thought of Billabong as a brand that dealt primarily with beachy surf-type items - tank tops; shorts; bathing suits. But lately this brand has been serving. This is a candy green billowy dress. If I didn't know better I'd think it was Princess Polly or even Anthropologie, but no - it's Billabong. It's 100% cotton and the true colour isn't fully represented in the photos. The closest to the "actual" colour of the dress are any of the photos where the tags are featured, particularly the brand tag with the sizer in it. Truly this is a gorgeous dress. It's NWOT.
