Billabong off-the-shoulder crop top

Billabong crop top in black floral pattern size large. Gently used condition. It has an extra layer of fabric that drapes around the front, back, and shoulders (kinda demonstrated in the second photo). The fabric has a decent amount of elasticity, so it can be worn on people who usually take a size medium or even small. I’m a size 4/small and it still hugs my sides without gaping.
