Billabong plaid shorts browns and yellow size 38

In good pre-loved condition Billabong plaid shorts. There is some fabric on the upper left side pocket that didn't get stitched under the seam and one very small stain (not sure it it will wash out) on one of the back pockets. See last four photos for these. 65% Polyester 35% Cotton Tag says size is 38; however, please review measurements below to ensure a proper fit. Approximate laid flat measurements:l Waist side to side: 18.25" Rise: 13" Inseam: 10"
