Billabong summer dress

Beautiful little summer dress or bathing suit coverup! Off the shoulder sleeves are attached at the armpit, it fits like a tube top. Very comfy, stretchy material, perfect for a hot summer day or on the beach! It has one tiny little hole in the front near the bottom hem, I sewed it up myself (I bought it like this for discounted price) but it is not noticeable when wearing it.
