Billowy Over-sized Dress with Tie Detail - Fits like XL

This is a gorgeous patterned dress by a new day with billowy sleeves and a tie detail. Gently worn. I bought this second hand and there is no size tag, but I’d say it fits like a US XL I’ve belted it in the past for extra over-sized billowy glory.
