Bird & Kite Smock Dress - Rose Milk (NWOT)

I have held onto this dress for a long time because I love it so much - but I've never worn it because it's just way too big on me. I took it to a seamstress to get her to attach two ribbons so I could tie them in a bow at the back to try to make it fit better - but still looks too big on me. It's a size large, but honestly I thought it would fit unto 2-3X. There is a very small light blue stain near the left armpit (I attached a picture), which is completely unnoticeable when wearing. I didn't even notice it until I was taking pictures for this listing and honestly have no idea what it's from/ how it got there since I've never worn this dress out before. 100% Textured Spotty Cotton (Mini Skirt is Lined).
