Hello,
I notice there are creases on top where the foot bends. Is it possible for that to be fixed so it doesn't flip up so high?

I am reposhing these because they are just a bit small for me. When I have them on the creases on the top flatten out and the top “tongue” lays flat on the top of my foot. I am new to the world of Birdie shoes and bought these ones to get a feeling of my correct size before I ordered from the website. I now know that I need size 9
