Birds of North America Seersucker Dress, blue and white, size 12 size L

Made in Canada dress by Canadian ethical brand Birds of North America. Size 12 or size large. Excellent used condition. 100% cotton, seersucker fabric. Lined, amazing construction. Such a high quality piece. Would keep it if it would ever fit me again lol. Stripes are greyish steel blue. Has pockets! Zips up back. Fabric has a little bit of give due to texture but no stretch. See photos for bust and waist measurements. Note that bust has a bit more room due to darting/dress construction.
