@zichrona613 hi! Large is equivalent to size 10 although it is pretty forgiving, i think it could go down or up a size since it is a convertible dress. Bust is 39-40 inches. Waist is 32-33 inches. @zichrona613 yep you can definitely tie the fabric to cover both shoulders. There are a number of different ways you can tie the extra fabric based on what you were comfortable with. I have added a photo of the back, it is straight across with a zipper.
