Birks Fragonard "Courting Couple" Patern Octagonal Container with Gold Trim

Made in West Germany (1949-1990) under the Birks brand, this Victorian Revival piece features the "Courting Couple" / "Love Story" artwork of French Painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard. This lovely and delicate piece is nearly 6" tall and just over 3" wide. Very good condition with slight wear in a couple spots of the gold, and one very small chip on top edge (see pictures)
